This Green Smoothie is delicious and full of anti oxidants , vitamins, amino acids, minerals, omega -3 and almost everything else your body could possible need to perform at its optimum level.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 handful mixed berries
1 ½ cup filtered water
1 kiwi fruit
2 cups of shredded Kale / spinach
Honey or agave nectar to sweeten (optional)
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth. To be consumed immediately as oxidization will occur when left standing.
