An IPL (Intense pulse light), is a laser treatment, that evens out the complexion, and reduces the appearance of sun damage and hyperpigmentation. In combination, the IPL also helps tighten the skin, as a result its’ included radio-frequency technology.

Patients will begin to see results 7-10 days after an IPL laser treatment. Full results can be seen after two weeks. Since the IPL stimulates new collagen, continual results will build up to 6 months after the initial treatment.

Most clients describe IPL as a mild snapping sensation on the skin — similar to a rubber band flick. It’s generally well-tolerated and requires no downtime. Some may experience slight redness or warmth in the treated area, but this typically subsides within a few hours, allowing you to return to your normal activities immediately.
