Remedial massage is suitable for anyone, and is tailored to your individual needs and wants. Trying to incorporate some ‘self-time’ into our busy lifestyles can be next to impossible. But if you are looking for a guilt-free way to do just that, then consider a monthly massage.

We believe that having a massage at least once a month will provide the optimal health and wellbeing benefits such as:

  • Calms the nervous system and promotes a sense of relaxation and wellbeing
  • Reduces tension and anxiety
  • Improves blood circulation, which delivers oxygen and nutrients to the cells
  • Stimulates the lymphatic system, which carries away the body’s waste products
  • Prevents and relieves muscles cramps and spasms
  • Helps pain management.
Rebates are available through your Private Health Insurance.

You’ll be guided to a private room where you can undress to your comfort level. The therapist will ensure you are comfortable and covered with a sheet or towel. The session will focus on relaxation or targeted areas based on your needs.

This treatment is effective for a variety of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, stretch marks, uneven skin tone, and skin laxity. It can also improve overall skin texture and firmness.

After a massage, it’s best to stay hydrated to help flush out toxins released from your muscles. Avoid strenuous activities for the rest of the day, and give your body time to relax and recover. Gentle stretching, a warm bath, or light movement like walking can also enhance the effects of your massage.
