Achieve Your Skin Goals With These 3 Tips!


Nurturing your skin to good health and achieving your skin goals doesn’t necessarily mean adding more products & treatments to your skin regime. There are a few simple lifestyle changes you can add to your daily routine that will have your skin glowing in no time!


  1. Wear SPF Everyday


This one is a no brainer. You’ve heard this time and time before, but I cannot stress this enough, wear sunscreen every day! And I mean every day, even if it is windy, cloudy or cool! Sun damage is caused by UV radiation and this is still possible on cool, overcast days.


Apply sunscreen 20min prior to stepping outdoors and reapply every 2 hours. This will ensure your skin is being protected. Long term effects of sun exposure include wrinkles, age/sunspots (darker spots of skin), rosacea, dry skin and moles.


  1. Drink More Water


It’s easier said than done! But if you want to hydrate and replenish your skin, you’ll have to begin with hydrating and replenishing your body. The easiest and most efficient way to hydrate is to drink more water.


If you are struggling to up your liquid intake you can add foods to your diet that are high in water, like watermelon and cucumber. Putting fruit in salad does get its fair share of judgement, but trust me, once you try watermelon & feta in the same meal, your salad game will never be the same.


  1. Make a Commitment to Clean Beauty


Now this one is a lot simpler than it looks! As we all try to transition to a sustainable future, making conscious decisions about the products we buy and where we buy them can become a little too overwhelming.
