Banana Smoothie:
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup low fat natural youghurt
1/2 tsp agave syrup
1 tbsp LSA
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup ice
Method
Blend all ingredients together for 1 minute or until smooth.
